Basaveshwar Engineering College is situated in Bagalkot district of Karnataka. It was established in the year 1963 under the guidelines of Shri Basaveshwar Vidya Vardhak Sangha. The engineering college is affiliated to the prestigious Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum.
