Examination Pattern for IIFT Entrance Exam

IIFT Entrance Exam is conducted every year by the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. The institute conducts this entrance test at various test centres all over the country such as Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai and many more. The candidates, who are seeking their admission in MBA in International Business programme of the institute, have to appear for IIFT Admission Test.

IIFT Entrance Test Pattern

IIFT Entrance Test’s question paper pattern is given in the following lines:

• ·         IIFT Admission Test consists of 200 multiple-choice type questions in which the candidates have to choose the right answer out of given four options.
• ·         All the questions are required to be answered by the candidates within two hours duration.
• ·         IIFT Entrance Test consists of questions based on these topics

                                 i.            English Comprehension

                               ii.            General Knowledge and Awareness

                              iii.            Logical Reasoning

                             iv.            Quantitative Analysis

Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The candidates, who will successfully pass the IIFT Admission Test, will have to appear in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final admission of the candidates to MBA programme of the institute will be decided on the basis of candidates’ performance in the entrance test, group discussion and personal interview.
