Check the Exam Dates of IIIT Hyderabad Postgraduate Entrance Examination

The International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad, largely known as IIIT Hyderabad, has revealed the examination dates for its post graduate entrance examination, which is scheduled to be conducted on April 17.

The candidates, who are interested to apply for this examination, can apply on or before March 31, 2016.


Here are the courses along with their eligibility criteria:-

Master of Technology (M. Tech)

Those candidates can apply for this course, who have done their under graduation in Bachelor's of Engineering from a statutory university.

Master of Science (MS)

Only those candidates are eligible to enrol to this course, who have cleared their Master of Engineering (ME) from a recognized university.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

A degree of post graduation from a recognized university is must to apply for this doctorate programme.

Know the Examination Pattern 

IIIT Hyderabad Post graduate Entrance Exam will be divided into two parts i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Paper One: This exam will carry questions on the topics like basic aptitude, logical reasoning, basic questions on computers and mathematics.

Paper Two: This will be an objective paper which will be comprised of questions related to Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Structural Engineering, Computational Natural Sciences and Bio-Informatics and Computational Linguistics.

The interest candidates can only apply for this examination through online method. For the purpose, they have to go to the official website of the institute.
