It came into existence in the year 2007 with the purpose of imparting quality law education to the young aspirants of the country. The law institute has got affiliation from the prestigious Panjab University, Chandigarh. Baba Kundan Singh Memorial Law College Moga has received approval from Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi. The institute imparts undergraduate level study in the field of law i.e. Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a three-year programme and five-year integrated LLB programme.
