It came into existence in the year 2009 with an objective of imparting quality management education to the young aspirants of the country. The management college has received affiliation from prestigious Gautam Buddh Technical University (GBTU), which was formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow.

St. Basco College of Management Lucknow conducts postgraduate level programme in the field of management i.e. Master of Business Administration (MBA). The two-year full time programme has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
