International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, is one of the prestigious technological institutes in the country. The Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course of the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad is one of the mostly pursued engineering courses by the young aspirants. It is a four-year full time programme, which is conducted in various streams of technology. Some of these branches are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and various dual degree programmes. The students will have the chance to learn these courses through both theoretical and practical mode. After pursuing this course, one can pursue postgraduate level study in the same field.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates, who are seeking for their admissions in B.Tech course of IIIT Hyderabad, have to pass Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) in science stream i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. The qualifying examination must be recognized by any University. The SC/ST candidates will have the concession in marks regarding the admission to this undergraduate programme.

Admission Criteria

International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad conducts admission of the candidates to its B.Tech course on the basis of their ranks in All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE). The entrance test is an all India level test in which number of students appear every year. However, candidates’ marks in the aforementioned qualifying examination are considered to finalize their admission.
