SCMS School of Technology and Management is located at the sprawling campus in Cochin district of Kerala. It was established in the year 2003 as one of the crucial parts of the SCMS Group, who has been running such educational units in other parts of the state. The institute has been affiliated to the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. SCMS School of Technology & Management Kochi has been received the approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

The educational institute conducts postgraduate courses in the steam of management and computer applications i.e. Master of Business Administration (MBA), which is a two-year full time programme and Master of Computer Applications (MCA), which is a three-year full time course. Both the courses are duly approved by the AICTE. Eligibility
For MBA course, one has to pass under graduation programme with minimum 60% marks in aggregate, from any recognized University. On the other hand, candidates have to pass BCA to qualify for MCA programme.

Admission
The institute admits students to its MBA programme on the basis of an All India Entrance Test called CMAT- Common Management Admission Test, marks at the graduation level, group discussion and personal interview. While for MCA, students have to attempt an entrance test, which is followed by academic records and personal interview.
