The teaching college has been affiliated to the prestigious Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. B.R.M. College of Education Karnal has received approval from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

B.R.M. College of Education Karnal imparts undergraduate level programme in teaching education - Bachelor of Education (B Ed).
