Silchar College of Education is situated in Silchar city of Assam. It provides teacher training to its students with the objective of making them professionals through the way of well-modernized study materials. The college is affiliated to Assam University, a renowned University in the country and it has been accredited by National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). Silchar College of Education offers an undergraduate program in teacher training, known as Bachelor of Education (B. Ed).
